This particular painting was part of an exhibition in May 2016. It was slightly different from most other paintings because I used anthracite-grey lines on a creamy white background instead of pure black and white contrasts.

I remember a visitor of the vernissage pointing out that the painting reminded him of the style of François Morellet whom I had never heard of at the time. When I googled his name soon thereafter I found out that he passed away two days before the opening night of my exhibition.
